Blue Ridge Woodturners Club Annual Picnic & Chinese Auction

Details: Our annual picnic will include Chinese Auction featuring items of all kinds donated by club members. Auction proceeds benefit the club’s ongoing programs for members.

Directions: Longwood Park is located in downtown Salem off of Main Street. Shelter 4 is the large area up on the hill (same as last year). There is ample parking for everyone, there are also a few handicap spaces close to the shelter.

BRWT will furnish all paper products, cups; ice, soft drinks and Bar-be-que.  We ask that all those attending bring a side dish(es) and / or dessert(s) to share. Please be sure all food is safe to serve in hot weather. 

Don’t forget your SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS!  Tickets will be sold for each item as a way to raise money to offset expenses.  Looking forward to seeing all members & guests on the 24th!

TIME:  We will plan to eat at 12:30 PM; this gives everyone a chance to get there without rushing in case they have other things to do that morning.
